چکیده
Single mass scale diagrams: construction of a basis for the ε-expansion. Abstract Exploring the idea of Broadhurst on the " sixth root of unity " we present an ansatz for construction of a basis of transcendental numbers for the ε-expansion of single mass scale diagrams with two particle massive cut. As example, several new two-and three-loop master integrals are calculated.

We derive expressions for the phase-space of a particle of momentum p decaying into N particles, that are valid for any number of dimensions. These are the imaginary parts of so-called 'sunset' diagrams, which we also obtain. The results are given as a series of hypergeometric functions, which terminate for odd dimensions and are also well-suited for deriving the threshold behaviour.

A model of gauge mediation with m 3/2 ≃ O(1) eV is considered to motivate 100 TeV colliders. Massive mediators with standard-model and supersymmetry-breaking gauge quantum numbers let low-scale dynamics induce sizable soft masses of the standard-model superpartners. We circumvent potential phenomenological difficulties that such low-scale models tend to cause.
